Combining To Ground and To Balance, this Facial not only grounds and calms your nervous system, we gently explore the root causes of traumas and blocks you hold, then release these from your body.
This Facial is a gentle way to uncover belief systems, trapped emotions and sabotages that may be affecting your goals in life.

Pregnancy can bring up many different feelings. It can trigger childhood wounds, bring on anxieties and fears then be the most thrilling time of your life.
While taking some nurturing time for yourself, we look at what has come up for you and release this from the body. We connect with bubs energy and release anything that they may have taken on from their environment and also clear and strengthen your connection with each other.

9 months of your body not being yours, giving birth, then getting into the rhythm of motherhood, it can bring up a lot of unexpected emotions.
Children can be our biggest triggers. They bring up childhood wounds, past trauma and ancestral trauma. It’s ok to feel uncomfortable, unsure, unsafe. But you don’t have to sit in that. With this powerful energy work, we identify the root causes of anything that has surfaced and release it from the body.
Coming back to yourself, grounding and releasing any pregnancy and birth trauma is an important part of postpartum healing.

Therapy may be very daunting for men who have never felt safe to express their emotions. With a To Stand Facial, we ease into this process. In a safe, nurturing environment, we discuss life, any current concerns and any goals you might have.
Using energy balancing and emotional release techniques, we gently bring subconscious thoughts to the conscious and release these. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the facial.

120 minute Back Massage & Emotional Balance Facial - $250
Holding space for you, supporting you and nurturing you. With a back massage added to the To Connect Facial, you will be looked after and held. The massage will ease muscle tension and deeply relax you whilst calming the nervous system and connect you back to your heart.
This treatment will ground you and realign your energy systems. During the facial we use energy balancing and emotional release techniques to gently bring subconscious thoughts to the conscious to release them. This allows for emotional healing and calm within the body.

Through this facial treatment we educate teens on listening to their intuition, release belief systems, heal wounds and ease anxieties by finding to root causes.
Without a strong foundation of who they are, self love,Book now - Randwick acceptance and a secure attachment style, teens can fall into the trap of self sacrifice and "I'm not good enough".
Giving them the tools to feel confident and strong in who they are will allow them to trust themselves, and therefore not need to sacrifice themselves to be accepted by others.

45 min Emotional Balance Facial - $80 (5-12 years old)
Children's belief systems are developed from conception until the age of 7. During this time they learn what what the need to do to stay safe and loved.
Through this facial we can release any negative emotions and belief systems to allow your kiddo to feel safe within their bodies and this world. Your child's intuition will guide our session. They select their own crystals and colour cards to support their session to nurture their intuition.
This gentle facial will bring calm, alignment and develop trust in themselves.
Confronting the past, looking at our insecurities, our pain and our desires, can be very daunting. We have created a gentle way for you to explore what is holding you back and feel safe to release and move through these blocks.
ENERGY BALANCE.

20 minute remote balance - $50
After your treatment, you may feel emotions starting to surface. It can feel uncomfortable to face them and you may automatically suppress them.
It is our instinct to feel something come up and not want to look, not feel safe to be in it and just ignore and move on.
These are the patterns we are trying to break. These instincts are the ones keeping us stuck in our past pain.
If you need some support in between treatments, I can tune in with your energy remotely and release anything that is coming up for you after our session. Help to process those emotions or go a little deeper into our release work.

Available in person or online. This Energy session (not a facial) is where we work deeply on the areas of your life you would like to release trauma and blockages from.
We continue the healing work in between facials, to uncover and move through what has been held in the subconscious, to free you from what is holding you back.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
Booking: When making a booking, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will carry over with your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the 50% deposit will be non refundable.
Cancellation outside 48 hours: If you cancel the appointment outside the 48-hour window, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit deposit. Please allow up to 3 business days for refund.
