Terms & Conditions for Home, Business and Land Clearings

1. Session Overview
Home, Business and Land Clearing is a deeply personal and intuitive process. Each session is unique and unfolds according to what the space and the people within it are ready to release. While many clients notice a significant change in the energy of their space and in their own sense of wellbeing following a clearing, results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. The work begins before the on-site visit and continues energetically after it.

2. Client Responsibility
To support the integrity of the clearing, clients are asked to send through a hand drawn floor plan of their home, business or land prior to the session. This forms part of the pre-session work and is required before a session date is confirmed. Clients are also asked to ensure the space is accessible on the day and that Nat is able to move through it unaccompanied.

3. Booking & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit confirms your commitment and ensures the time and pre-session preparation are reserved for you.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 72 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a future session. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

5. Travel
In-person sessions are available within a 45 minute drive of Brunswick Heads. For locations beyond this, a travel contribution will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

6. Distance Clearing
Remote clearing sessions are available for clients outside the Northern Rivers, anywhere in the world. Distance clearing follows the same process and intention as an in-person session. A hand drawn floor plan or property map is still required prior to the session.

7. Confidentiality & Ethics
All sessions are held with full confidentiality. Your space, its history, and anything witnessed during the clearing will remain strictly private and will never be shared. Each property is treated as its own entirely separate body of work.
